3 Ingredients that Banish Dark Spots Naturally

Dark spots on the skin can occur for a variety of reasons- they can be related to acne, appear with age, or even as a result of sun damage. These spots can be caused by excessive exposure to the sun or pollutants and chemical compounds utilized in beauty product. If you are eager to remove your dark spots, here are a three herbal ingredients that have been used for centuries.

TURMERIC

Turmeric consists of curcumin, which inhibits hyper-pigmentation in skin and naturally fades dark spots over time. Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant which plays a big role in reducing excess production of melanin. Turmeric paste made from lemon juice and milk is a terrific remedy for darkish spots. 

LEMON

Lemon has herbal acidic assets which makes it an organic lightening agent when it comes to dark spots on the skin. The citric acid found in lemon juice exfoliates extra oil, dead pores and skin cells and different impurities. The antibacterial homes of lemon oil kill the bacteria that purpose pimples breakouts. Squeeze out a few juice from a lemon and apply it directly to dark spots of your skin with a cotton ball. Let it dry for 1/2 an hour and rinse. Repeat twice a week.

MANUKA HONEY

Manuka honey is made by bees that eat manuka shrubs of New Zealand. Many strands of raw honey have benefits, but Manuka honey has been found to have more properties than others. It contains a variety of antioxidants and vitamins like B2, B3, and B5. It also has anti-bacterial properties and helps moisturize the skin. Mix a small amount of Manuka Honey with water and lemon to make a mask. Apply to the skin for 15-20 minutes and rinse well.
